  • We do not refund or exchange goods if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  • Exchanges and refunds can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the product purchased.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of Tin Shed Distilling Co. and must be requested within 30 Days.

Damaged Goods on Delivery

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging is damaged.
  • NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company and Tin Shed Distilling Co.

In the Event of a Return

We ask that you note the following:

  1. The product must be un-opened and in its original packaging.
  2. Before returning an item, please email Tin Shed Distilling Co. to receive a Return Authorisation number.
  3. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
  4. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to us.
  5. Special promotional items that are not defective can not be returned for any reason. We remind our customers to choose products carefully before placing your order.
  6. All returns must have a Return Authorisation number and proof of purchase receipt.
  7. We will credit the card used at time of purchase via our merchant facility. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
